By creating an account or using Story Bell Studio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Story Bell Studio is an AI-powered platform that generates personalized children's bedtime stories in English and Chinese, with AI-generated cover images and voice narration. The Service is intended for use by parents and guardians.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One account per user — please do not share accounts

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer the following subscription plans: • Starter — $6.99 / month • Growth — $13.99 / month • Pro — $24.99 / month Additional credits can be purchased as one-time add-ons. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund for new subscribers if you are not satisfied. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once consumed.

5. AI-Generated Content

Stories and images are generated by AI. While we strive for quality and age-appropriateness, we cannot guarantee factual accuracy of story content or that all generated content will match every expectation. You retain the right to use generated stories for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell or redistribute AI-generated content from our platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our AI systems
  • Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate for children
  • Share or resell account access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Story Bell Studio and its underlying technology, brand, and design are owned by us. AI-generated stories produced through our platform may be used by you for personal use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Story Bell Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
